## What Orderline is

Orderline provides its own orders management screen for custom-product sellers. It does not replace or modify Shopify Admin → Orders. Merchants see product thumbnails, line items, and customer customizations in one production view, plus custom statuses, ship-by deadlines, filters, views, drafts, packing slips, Shippo labels, and fulfilment actions synced to Shopify.

## What Orderline is not

- Not the native Shopify Orders UI (does not inject custom columns such as Ship By into Admin → Orders)
- Not a general WMS
- Not a full MRP/BOM manufacturing suite
- Not an enterprise multi-channel OMS for 3PL routing as the system of record
- Not a checkout delivery-date picker (customer-facing delivery date at checkout)
