Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with full feature access. Uninstall before the trial ends if it is not a fit and you will not be charged.
What counts toward my order limit?
An order counts when it is synced into Orderline, in any state. Starter includes up to 100 orders per billing period; Pro up to 500; Pro+ is unlimited. Plans are billed every 30 days.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Orderline notifies you when you approach your limit. If you exceed it, new orders from that day onward will not sync until you upgrade. Existing orders and data stay fully accessible. After you upgrade, missed orders sync.
Does Orderline work on all Shopify plans?
Yes — Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. Staff access in Orderline requires a Shopify plan that supports staff accounts (Shopify plan and above), and an Orderline Pro or Pro+ plan.
Can I add staff on Starter?
No. Staff creation in Orderline is available on Pro and Pro+ only. Your Shopify plan must also support staff accounts.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes. Cancel or change plans anytime. Prices are in USD and billed every 30 days.

Which plan should I choose?
All plans include the same core production features — statuses, ship-by deadlines, custom columns, saved views, drafts, packing slips, Shippo labels, and fulfilment sync. The main differences are order volume, staff access, and Pro+ support options.

What counts as an order?
An order counts toward your plan limit when it is synced into Orderline, in any state. Orders enter Orderline from their initial path as unfulfilled Shopify orders.
Starter includes up to 100 orders per billing period; Pro up to 500; Pro+ is unlimited. Plans are billed every 30 days.
